Anilox & Gravure Cleaning
The fully automatic anilox roll cleaners are designed to deep clean/restore anilox rolls or gravure cylinders of all sizes.

MCC Multi Cylinder Cleaner
The MCC Multi Cylinder Cleaner is designed for continuous washing of gravure rollers.
The Cylinder Wash system is based on washing and rinsing. Therefore the system is effective even for high line aniloxes. The quick and gentle cleaning process leaves the cylinders totally clean and ready for immediate use after just 10-20 minutes cleaning without causing any wear or tear to the roll.
Parts Washing FrontLoad
The fully automatic parts washing units are designed to wash ink pans, chambers and other removable press parts used with water-, solvent-based or UV inks.
The quick and easy wash operation allows press operators to focus on press make-ready functions and thus reducing the changeover time and the labour involved in washing.
This results in reduced down time, constant print quality and a safe and healthy cleaning and working environment.

Sleeve Washing by Flexo Wash
Flexo Wash offers a variety of equipment for cleaning of sleeves of all dimensions and types. The Sleeve Wash units will clean all types of rubber sleeves, laser-engraved print sleeves, plates mounted on sleeves etc. in only 5-10 minutes.
The unique technology combines the use of adequate cleaning liquid, brushes, high-pressure water and compressed air, which ensures a gentle and efficient cleaning of the sleeve, no matter which type of ink is used. Depending on the unit, it is possible to wash up to 6 sleeves simultaneously.
The Sleeves Washers are Made in Two Versions:
SL 2200: Is for cleaning of one sleeve. The sleeves are loaded horisontally.
SL 6V: Is for cleaning of up to 6 Sleeves simultaneously. The sleeves are loaded vertically.

Plate Washing
Flexo Wash offers a variety of equipment for cleaning of plates.
The PW Plate Wash units are designed according to the type of printer and type of ink used.
All models will wash the polymer plates within only a few minutes, and the unique design and function makes it extremely easy to use for the operators who save a lot of costly time when washing the plates.
The Plate Washers are made in Two Versions:
PW 92, 115 & 130: This PW Plate Wash machine from Flexo Wash is a fully automatic system that together with a conveyer belt makes the washing of plates easier than ever before.
Cleaning Liquids by Flexo Wash
ECO-friendly cleaning liquids for all ink types.
All Flexo Wash machines use Eco-friendly water-based cleaning liquids. The liquids are recirculated, minimizing the use of liquids.
The Water-based and environmentally friendly cleaning liquids are supplied by Flexo Wash. These liquids have been specially developed to our machines and help maintaining the highest cleaning quality.
