Machine description

Family of inspection rewinders to be used for repairing, re-reeling or reversing a roll. Different machine sizes are available, from the small DOC 100 to the large DOC 300. Each machine type is designed for a specific range of roll size, and can handle a wide range of materials. In case of very special materials the machines can be integrated with additional intermediate pull & brake unit. The machines are available in both shafted and shaftless versions.   

The machines can also be equipped with different options:

• Trimming knives
• Customised splice unit
• Inspection unit with cameras or other customised devices
• Lay-on roller for use with delicate materials or for very high speed
