Flexo Wash Machines at Drupa
Flexo Wash will be exhibiting different cleaning equipment that are necessary to have, if you want to improve print quality, maintain aniloxes and cylinders and simply save money. Flexo Wash will as always be exhibiting machines for both wide web and narrow web as well as for the flexo and the gravure industry.

Cleaning of Rotogravure Cylinders

Cleaning of gravure cylinders is a hard job that takes a long time. Flexo Wash can supply machines that can clean from one cylinder and up to several cylinders per hour.

Clean with solvents or environmentally friendly liquids.
 

Multi Cylinder Cleaner CW 2300

In the fully automatic system you can clean 10-12 cylinders/hour. Simply place the cylinders on the carriage and let the machine do the rest.

It is possible to clean both shafted and shaftless cylinders in the machine.

The machine will be exhibited in its full size.
 

NEW: Gravure Cylinder Cleaner GCC 2300 ATEX

As something completely new Flexo Wash will exhibit a system, where you can clean your cylinders with solvents. In the exhibited machine you can clean 1 cylinder. However, we also make this series of machines, where you can clean 2 cylinders simultaneously.

Anilox Roll Cleaner

The Flexo Wash Anilox Roll Cleaners are simply a must have, if you want to keep a high print quality and at the same time maintain your aniloxes.

All Flexo Wash Anilox Roll Cleaners work with environmentally friendly cleaning liquid made especially for deep cleaning of aniloxes with all ink types.

FW 2000M Anilox Roll Cleaner

The fully automatic anilox roll cleaners are designed to deep clean/restore large aniloxes. The well-known washing-rinsing-drying system with a quick and gentle cleaning cycle also makes it a perfect tool for daily washing and maintenance of aniloxes.

Customers will also be able to see our Anilox Rolls Cleaners at Soma (Hall 15 A01) and KBA Flexotechnica (Hall 16 C47-1). At both stands the machine will be running.
 

FW Handy 2×2 Anilox Roll Cleaner

Our famouns anilox roll cleaner for cleaning of up to 4 aniloxes at the same time will be running at the show.

Parts Washer

The fully automatic Parts Washers come in different sizes. At Drupa Flexo Wash will be exhibiting both smaller units for the Narrow Web and larger units for the Wide Web.

All Flexo Wash Parts Washer can be customized according to specific press parts; no matter whether you have WuH, Bobst, Nilpeter etc., Flexo Wash has a solution for it.
 

PK 300 WR ATEX Electric

The PK FrontLoad showed is an ATEX proof unit with electrical pumps and PLC control.

The machine will be showed with an external placed PLC control.

Flexo Wash can customize the machine, so you get the most out of the washing area and washing room. The exhibited ATEX Parts Washer is customized for cleaning of buckets, trays, hoses and chambers. The Parts Washer can of course be connected to the Flexo Wash Distillers.

PK ECO Midi

The PK ECO Midi Flexo Wash is exhibiting, will be customized for Gallus and Nilpeter chambers, but can as always be customized to every customer’s needs.

Plate Washing

Another must have is the Flexo Wash Plate Washer, where you in one hour can clean 20m of plates!

PW 82 WR Plate Washer

The Plate Washers from Flexo Wash are fully automatic and designed to wash plates in the gentlest way leaving them 100% clean and dry and ready for re-use or storage.

The Plate Washer will be running at the show.

Offset Cleaner

To fit the needs of offset printers that often don’t need to clean as many aniloxes and chambers as other companies, Flexo Wash has developed a new machine for cleaning of one chamber and one anilox at the same time.
 

NEW: Offset Cleaner

Clean one chamber and one anilox roll at the same time. Aniloxes can be up to 1350 mm and have a diameter of 230 mm. The chamber can be 1450mm x 390mm
