Idropol
Elastomer used to coat ink rollers for Slotter presses. Ideal for printing on corrugated cardboard and applications where chemical resistance against oils, benzene and alcohol is required. Available in a coated steel roller and Speedwell sleeve version.
Neoflex G
Specific elastomer for coating in the presence of acetone, ethyl acetate and MEK solvents. Suitable for flood-coating flexographic printing and laser engraved continuous printing. Available in a coated steel roller and Speedwell sleeve version.
Neoflex G Stat
Specific, anti-static elastomer for coating in the presence of acetone, ethyl acetate and MEK solvents. Suitable for flood-coating flexographic printing and laser engraved continuous printing. Available in a coated steel roller and conical Speedwell sleeve version.
Neopress BH
Ink repellent elastomer for printing impression rollers used in the presence of aliphatic solvents and with high printing pressure [up to 50 Kg/cm]; is not affected by various substrate widths.
Neopress C Stat
Elastomer to coat printing impression rollers indicated for use with water-based and alcohol-based inks. The construction of the conductive fibreglass sleeve and the special rubber used make the product anti-static. Available in a coated steel roller and Speedwell sleeve version.
Neopress G Stat
Elastomer to coat printing impression rollers indicated for use with acetate, alcohol and MEK solvents. The construction of the conductive fibreglass sleeve and the special rubber used make the product anti-static. Available in a coated steel roller and Speedwell sleeve version.
Neopress PU
Technopolymer designed to coat printing impression rollers for the cardboard printing process and for high pressures. Specifically for spreading silicone, glues without solvent. It is available in a coated steel roller and Speedwell sleeve version.
Roto Flow
Inking rollers
Ink transfer roller for gravure printing. High resistance against acetate, alcohol and MEK and up to 20% Toluene thanks to the Neoflex G rubber coating. Laser engraved surface available with screen pack or orange peel design.
Viton
Fluoro-elastomer coating which resists contact with aromatic solvents (Toluene, Xylene) for specific applications characterised by high strength against temperatures and mechanical loads. Available in the following configurations: coated steel roller, Speedwell sleeve, in an anti-static or insulated version. Maximum temperature resistance 200 °C (392 °F).
